USES ALSO AS GYPSUM TO GYPSUM SEPARATOR
Specially formulated to isolate, provide a smooth and special glaze shine effect after injection.
INSTRUCTIONS:
When using between flask halves gypsum to gypsum separator:
Attach sprue wax first. Appy a thin even coat of ISOSEP FILM with a soft brush and cover all exposed gypsum surfaces,
Allow to dry completely,
place the flask in a cold bath of water for 15 min,
before pouring second half gypsum investment.
When using as separator prior to injection of PERFLEX T-CRYSTAL, AND BIOSENS:
USE ISOSEP FILM FIRST STEP
USE ISOSEP OIL SECOND STEP
Place the 2 halves flask in a bath of boiling eater. Remove the flask from boiling water 8 min. before injection. Dry out remaining water with compressed adir, appply 2 thin coats of ISOSEP FILM over mold
surfaces ONLY using a soft brush, leave a minute to dry and apply immediately a thin coat of ISOSEP OIL, close flask to inject and place into injector 2 min. before injecion or when alarm sound to inject with SMART 101 , 101-400 super injector.
When using as separator prior to injection of ACRYFREE elastic PMMA:
Proceed as the same as with T-CRYSTAL AND BIOSENS, apply 2-3 thin coats of ISOSEP FILM ONLY. Let to dry, insert flask 2min beore injection or when alarm sound to inject with SMART 101, 101-400 super injector.
CAUTION: Avoid to coat with ISOSEP FILM acrylic artificial teeth, if this occurs, scrape separator off from surfaces of the teeth. Thick or wet areas of separator may cause separation of injected areas.
