Allows the appliances to come out shiny and clean, free of stone stuck to the thermoplastic appliance. The finishing time of a thermoplastic is significantly reduced using our line of SEPARATORS:
ISOSEP GLAZE SEPARATOR and ISULATION MEDIA FOR FLEXI NYLON (non-film separator).
Specially formulated to isolate FLEXI NYLON dentures and appliances. Provide a smooth and special glaze shine effect after injection.
Suitable also to use as gypsum to gypsum separator
INSTRUCTIONS: When using between flask halves gypsum to gypsum separator: Attach sprue wax first.
apply a thin even coat of ISOSEP GLAZE whit a soft brush and cover all exposed gypsum surfaces,
Allow to dry completely, place the flask in a cold bath of water for 15 min before pouring second half gypsum investment.
When using as separator prior to injection of FLEXI NYLON: Apply ISOSEP GLAZE only after flask
halves have cooled and steam has stopped escaping from flask. this is critical to avoid trapping moisture in the gypsum.
Apply a thin, even coat over mold surfaces using a soft brush Allow to dry completely before closing flask to inject.
CAUTION: Avoid coating with ISOSEP GLAZE acrylic replacement teeth, if this occurs, scrape separator off from surfaces of the teeth.
Thick or wet areas of separator may cause separation of injected areas.
Be sure to apply thin coats and allow to dry thoroughly before injecting.
STORAGE: in a cool dark dry place, protect from sun.
