Duplicating Mixing matrix:
1 cup of gelatin + 2 cups of water. (1 part of gelatine+2 parts of water)
Recommended Cook Down temperature to boiling point.
Cook down in a plastic container to boiling point on a microwave for 10 min then scramble and cook again for 5 min. the gelatin should be liquid completely and to be cooled to 52C - 57C before pouring.
After use Store inside the Fridge or in a cool place.
